There               are               some               things               we               all               should               do               to               protect               our               heart.

Your               heart               is               a               very               important               organ               and               it               needs               to               be               properly               cared               for               in               order               to               work               properly.

Omega-3               can               help               reduce               the               risk               of               a               heart               attack.

Omega-3               can               help               your               heart               work               properly               for               a               long               time.

If               you               get               enough               Omega-3               in               your               system               it               can               keep               your               cardiovascular               system               working               properly.

Adding               omega-3               to               your               diet               can               be               a               painless               way               to               help               prevent               heart               attacks.

You               may               even               find               you               like               the               diet               change.

Any               change               in               a               person               diet               can               be               hard               but               if               you               stick               to               a               good               diet               with               plenty               of               omega-3               you               can               actually               start               to               like               it               better               then               your               old               diet.

Don't               over               look               the               importance               of               omega-3's               in               your               heart               healthy               diet.

Omega-3's               are               fatty               acids               that               you               can               find               in               foods               like               fish               and               certain               vegetable               oils.

Salmon               is               full               of               omega-3               so               it               is               a               good               fish               to               add               to               your               diet.

If               you               are               not               used               to               eating               salmon               it               can               be               hard               to               get               used               to               eating               it.

Salmon               is               good               for               your               heart               and               it               is               worth               it               to               get               used               to               eating               it.

You               can               experiment               with               different               salmon               recipes               and               find               out               what               recipe               is               good               for               you.

My               favorite               recipe               for               salmon               is               grilled               with               salt,               pepper,               lemon               and               honey               covering               the               top.
               Olive               oil               is               a               vegetable               that               is               full               of               omega-3.

Olive               oil               can               be               a               substitute               for               butter.

At               first               using               olive               oil               can               be               a               turn               off               but               as               you               get               use               to               it               you               don't               want               to               go               back               to               butter.

I               put               my               olive               oil               in               a               little               spray               bottle               so               I               can               spray               it               on               my               toast               and               potatoes               instead               of               spreading               it               on               like               you               would               butter..
               Omega-3               can               reduce               the               risk               of               heart               attack               and               prevent               blood               clots               from               forming.

Omega-3               can               also               reduce               the               chance               of               abnormal               heart               rhythms.

Fatty               acids               can               also               lower               Blood               pressure               and               triglycerides.

Triglycerides               are               an               artery               clogging               fat               that               can               be               harmful               to               your               heart.
               If               you               can               add               two               servings               of               fatty               fish               to               your               diet               a               week               it               should               be               enough               to               keep               your               omega-3               levels               up               enough               for               a               healthy               heart.

And               adding               a               healthy               vegetable               oil               that               has               omega-3               in               it               can               help               you               get               control               of               a               healthy               heart.

In               this               day               and               age               we               can't               do               enough               to               keep               our               hearts               healthy.
