About 'calorie in corn'|Vegan Spinach Zucchini Soup and Puffed Corn Calorie Controversy

The               primary               problem               with               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup,               in               a               nutshell,               is               that               the               combination               of               high               fructose               and               glucose               prevents               the               hormone               leptin               from               being               released.

Leptin               tells               your               body               it               is               satisfied               and               to               stop               eating.
When               leptin               is               not               released               you               continue               to               eat               the               foods               saturated               with               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               and               your               body               never               feels               completely               satisfied.

Since               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               is               in               so               many               food               items,               overeating               daily               has               caused               many               individuals               to               gain               enough               extra               weight               to               become               obese.

Many               more               individuals               that               are               particularly               sensitive               to               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               have               become               morbidly               obese.

As               you               gain               weight               your               desire               and               ability               to               exercise               decreases.

It's               a               vicious               cycle.
The               levels               of               people               in               our               country               that               are               classified               as               obese               and               morbidly               obese               have               skyrocketed               since               the               early               1970's               when               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               was               permitted               to               be               used               in               our               food.

It               is               a               cheap               substitute               for               sugar               but               calorie               for               calorie               it               is               exactly               the               same.
However,               when               eating               pure               cane               sugar               the               hormone               leptin               is               not               suppressed               and               you               become               satisfied.

You               stop               eating               after               a               reasonable               caloric               intake.

This               eating               pattern               keeps               one               at               a               reasonable               weight.

Yes,               you               can               over               eat               but               then               it               becomes               an               emotional               problem               when               you               continue               eating               when               you               are               satisfied.
Hundreds               of               thousands               of               people               who               are               obese               and               morbidly               obese               blame               their               weight               on               emotional               issues               when               in               fact               it               is               a               physical               condition               that               can               be               eliminated               by               eating               foods               made               with               pure               cane               sugar               instead               of               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup.

Of               course               eliminating               sugar               altogether               would               hasten               the               process.
The               reason               companies               use               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               instead               of               pure               cane               sugar               is               simply               economic.

It               is               cheaper.

The               new               ads               that               are               coming               out               to               justify               their               usage               of               High               Fructose               Corn               Sugar               are               true.

Calorie               for               calorie               it               is               the               same.
They               do               not               want               you               to               know               your               satiation               level               is               being               suppressed.
There               is               an               economic               reason               for               this               as               well.

If               you               eat               more               of               their               product               than               you               need,               you               buy               more               of               their               product               and               they               make               more               money.

It               is               a               win/win               for               them.
High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               has               been               exposed               for               the               devil               it               is               to               the               human               body               and               people               are               switching               to               pure               cane               sugar               and               whole               foods               in               droves.

This               crunch               in               their               profits               has               caused               them               to               try               to               deceive               the               public               about               what               is               in               their               food               by               renaming               High               Fructose               Corn               Syrup               as               Corn               Sugar.

This               very               public               name               change               could               possibly               die               down               as               all               stories               do               and               continue               to               fool               the               public               for               years               to               come               if               we               are               not               diligent               in               working               towards               getting               it               out               of               our               food               system.
